  On Friday morning, I ordered a Hoya 72mm polarising filter. It was promised to be dispatched on the same day by 1st Class mail, and I assumed it would be delivered on Saturday. That is exactly what happened, and I am delighted. Not only were you the best value (by far) I could find anywhere on the internet, but you also had it in stock, and delivered as promised. I cannot find anything to criticise about your service (although I've tried!).
