The MicroSync Digital wirelessly fires Studio Flashes or is a wirless shutter release upto 100ft away
Using the MicroSync™ with MicroSync™ camera firing cords allows you to remotely and wirelessly operate the shutter of your camera just as if you were using a traditional remote camera firing cord. There are four important things to know about using the MicroSync™ and MicroSync™ camera firing cords to fire your SLR:

With your camera or lens in the auto focus mode, depressing the fire button on the MicroSync™ transmitter will first focus your camera and then fire it.

In the continuous shooting mode, you can press and hold down the fire button on the MicroSync™ transmitter, which will allow your camera to fire as fast as your camera is capable of firing.

To prevent your digital SLR from going to sleep, you will need to disable your camera's auto power-off function. Canon users set your "Auto Power Off" function to off.

In bulb mode, you can press and hold down the fire button on the MicroSync™ transmitter for any length of time, then release the fire button to end the exposure (subject to your camera's limitations).
